St. Andrew's United has a number of groups that help members enrich their faith journey. From traditional Bible Study, Christian study programs, musical endeavours and including contemporary theological non-fiction. We offer a variety of approaches to growing spiritually for people at various life stages.
Outside of traditional Christian offerings we have also broadened our spiritual engagement with experiences and reflective opportunities including partners such as:
Be Yoga/Rebel Therapy – Tuesdays at 12:00 noon, Thursday at 5:00 pm
Downtown Toronto Qigong – Chinese Traditional Practice affiliated with Chow Qigong
St. Andrew's is also very supportive of a diverse gathering of 12 step programs such as the AA gathering; Here And Now Saturdays at 10:30 am in the Old St. Andrew’s Room. Many other 12 step and Anonymous Groups meet at St. Andrew's as you can see on our Community Organizations page.
